New Opportunities to Get Social

Community

By Noe Silva

Hidden Meadows is a great place to live and not just because of the beautiful scenery — it’s the people.  Although our houses are spread out, there’s a real sense of community and friendship among residents.  One of the ways those friendships are forged is through a variety of “social groups” — groups of people that meet on a regular basis for dinners or other fun activities.

My name is Noe Silva and I recently volunteered to help the Hidden Meadows Community Foundation promote and expand the social group concept in our community.  A lot of new people, including younger families, are moving into the area and we want to help them make friends and feel connected. I’m in the process of planning an informational/brainstorming session to get things rolling.  I’ll be announcing the time and place in NextDoor very soon.

In the meantime, if you are interested in joining an existing group or forming a new one, please feel free to email me at noesilva09@gmail.com or send a text to (858) 527-8385. I look forward to personally meeting you all.
