IT’S UP TO YOU HIDDEN MEADOWS!
March is the start of the Hidden Meadows Community Foundation fundraising campaign, and WE NEED YOU!
While the pandemic had put a hold on a number of the Foundation’s more public activities over the past year, things have still been very active behind the scenes. Your contributions enabled us to award scholarships to six deserving local students, provide emergency assistance to community members as a part of the “Neighbors Helping Neighbors Program, and continue beautification activities on the Mountain Meadow median. Going forward we hope to continue all those efforts as well as resume a full schedule of family/community events.
The Hidden Meadows Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving and enhancing our community via four primary areas of focus:
1. Annual College Scholarships:  Our annual scholarship program makes an investment in the future by giving scholarships of $1,000 to qualified college bound students currently living in Hidden Meadows
2. Beautification: Recently completed major projects include the media re-landscaping and pine tree removal/trimming with ongoing efforts focused on median maintenance and repair
3. Families in Crisis:  The Foundation’s Neighbors Helping Neighbors program steps in to help if one of our neighbors has a serious emergency
4. Community Programs and Events: Foundation sponsored family oriented social events and more including the Community Independence Day Parade, Halloween Trunk or Treat, Holiday Toys for Tots Breakfast, Seller’s Faire, Welcome Committee visits, and new this April the “KIDS CARNIVAL – SPRING FESTIVAL”
Your gift to the Foundation is tax deductible and will be used to support people and projects within our community.
Your contribution can be made by check using the envelope enclosed in the March and May edition of the Hidden Meadows News or via PayPal by clicking here.
Thank you in advance for helping to keep Hidden Meadow the unique, wonderful place it is to live in.
