Thank you to everyone who brought food on November 11th for the Interfaith food drive – you are the best! Robert from Interfaith was thrilled with the 850 pounds of non-perishable food and the fresh fruits and vegetables. Volunteers were on hand to greet residents as they came by the Golf Clubhouse with cans, bottles and boxes of food. Thank you to Linda Kennedy and Valerie Spearman for volunteering their time.
If you did not have the opportunity to give food in November, it is never too late to take food or a monetary donation by the Escondido Interfaith facility. They are located at 550 West Washington Ave., at the corner of Washington Ave. and Quince St. Thank you again for your generosity.
