Community

The “Everything Fitz” concert March 18, 2 p.m. at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido’s Center Theater will raise funds for the Hidden Valley Community Concert Association, which has been bringing affordable concerts to Escondido for 72 years.

Editor’s note: In last week’s article, we had the wrong date for the concert. This is the correct date.

“Canadian Fiddling and Step Dancing… Keeping tradition alive!”—The Fitzgerald family takes you on an exciting journey of music and dance styles that evolved from Irish and French immigrants in the 1800s, as well as American tap dancers. Everything Fitz shares their heritage through a unique performance of Irish jigs and reels, French Canadian step dancing, and more modern styles that have evolved in the last decade. This high-energy musical and dance performance will captivate and inspire students of all ages.

The concert is the premier concert for Hidden Valley Community Concert Association.
