The year 2017 promises to be an exciting year for Hidden Meadows. With the unification of the ARO and Foundation (HMCF), one streamlined organization will eliminate the confusion and duplication of effort between the two. Unfortunately, a few members of the former ARO Board are re- sisting the change. As a former school principal, I have found that moving forward with new ideas and best practices can be met with resistance. If the vision is for the greater good, it’s worth the challenges to make it happen.

I look forward to seeing you at one of the scheduled town hall meetings. At that time I can explain the organizational plans for the Foundation and you can share your hopes and dreams for the future of our beloved com- munity.
